Stupid Lucky emerges on the Brooklyn indie pop rock scene at the intersection of sapphic yearning and angst. Fronted by vocal powerhouse Tay Pearlstein and brought to life with bandmates Lotus Rogers (bass), Fran Pastore (guitar), Willy Mao (guitar), and Morgan Karabel (drums), Stupid Lucky is shaking out and putting first the parts of us they’d rather us pretend away.

From lesbian success stories to breakup songs you're scream-dancing to one minute and crying on the curb smoking a drunk cig to the next, Stupid Lucky is a paper cut on a page in your gel-penned diary. We meet Stupid Lucky's sound somewhere between the opening credits of your favorite y2k DCOM and your big sister's CD jewel case, then sonically deepen into growing pains and self confrontation, taking us from sugar-coated pill to dry swallow.
